Nuru Kitara is an optimistic entrepreneur in the field of sustainable agricultural projects. He holds a M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences at Zurich University (Switzerland) and B.Sc. degree in Environmental Sciences and Management at Sokoine University of agriculture (SUA) in Tanzania.
He has participated in carrying out a consultancy - USAID funded project on Water Recourse Management along Wami/Ruvu Basin in Tanzania and he is now working as a PhD researcher in biodiversity conservation project on lichen species along Mt. Meru and Kilimanjaro, a collaborative project between a Swiss Research Institute (WSL) and Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA).
